Can anybody recommend some destinations in the south end of the island? I'm visiting family in Sidney this August and would like a little off road adventure to viewpoint or something interesting to see.
I'm from the lower mainland and all I hear is how many forestry roads are gated on the island. I don't want to drive long distances just to keep running into gates.
I'm in a stock Wrangler but do have some wheeling experience just not on the island.
