Looking for anyone in the comox valley area interested in giving this route a try. Starting at the Comox Lake dam and following the logging main south down to Port Alberni. My map shows a gate at the 43km mark, don't know if it's locked or not. Thinking of heading out there on the 21st or 22nd!
