I own a 93 Geo Tracker, 1.6L 16v. Its got a 3" Calmini Suspension lift, and a 2" Body lift. It sits on 31x10.5xR15 Adventuro M/Ts with Bronco Offsets
I have a custom game rack in the rear & custom front bumper with winch housing and mounted cheap lights soon to be replaced by KC's, 3500lb cheap winch.
Plan on doing a diesel swap, Solid axel swap and exo cage.

What kind of diesel are you considering?

Ive been toying with the idea of putting a 1999-2005 VW TDI in my '91 Toyota to replace the failing 3Z-VE.

If i could get my hands on a 4bt Cummins that would be it, but considering my price range im going to have to settle for a TDI. The 1.6 aint cuttin it.

At least you have the 16v, being stuck with the 8v is even worse

Hahahah when i first started shopping around for a tracker I didnt know there was an 8v and 16v till after but i must have looked at 10 that were all 16v.
Its very hard to make power with these motors. Why couldnt tracker be made by honda, then i could just have a b18a1.

I hear that.  Best I can come up with is a new header and cold air.  And thats not enough.  I cant say I havn't considered a Chevy 4.3 before haha.
