i posted maps of extention ridge. ull need them its a maze. simplest way in is the hill climb at the new pump station in downtown extention. west side. mike 250 709 3992. ill be out friday too if anybody else wants to tag along. its not 1 trail. its an armies playground.

take the southernly logging road out of boomerang. the soonest left from the boat launch. it has km signs. it goes to lakes rd and goes behind benson. access to benson n lucid. its 9 km from lakes rd to boomerang at 70km. logging rd not trail. there is trails to get past the gate at lakes. go west of boomerang is heading toward black jack. boomrang is the main intersection behind benson. its the closest way to port from the south side of nanaimo. about half way the road west is to lucid. there r a couple look outs there too. all new roads in the area are for new cell towers. they r just dead ends. save ur gas. theres one in eastern extention too.
went out yesterday and went from doumont to nan lakes rd. found the acess to top of benson service rd. sadly i missed the turnoff to lucid somewhere along the way.
there is a trail run section might get more response there
can i keep up in a stock tracker? my wee truck loves to be draggged. lol!
there is a few spots that mite be tough but push pull and drag right

is dumont inbetween boomerang and brannen lake? got a map. i couldnt find it online.
dumont is the rd that the motor cross track is on . turn on bigs rd of jingel pot go past the jail and go to the end of the rd.
so how many have decided to go on this one? im still trying to pull some strings n get the afternoon free....
