I have the same tires and the same size truck. I usually drop them down around 20 psi when cruising logging roads. It makes a massive difference and is well worth the time ot takes to air down and back up.

I left my buddies in the dust on the way to the walbran valley on easter, because I aired down and they didn't.

I'm leaving in a couple hours so I won't be around to answer any questions. Have a great long weekend!

It's a fairly large place to camp. You can set up your camp away from the camp fire and you'll be able to sleep fine.

Theres also a reslly cool waterfall if you hike an hour or so up the little river you take down to the lake. You'll need water shoes though

I've seen rwd trucks and fwd suvs make it down to francis lake in the dry season. It's really nothing to worry about.

I had a 2007 ranger sport before I bought my fx4. it was auto and a nice easy truck to drive. My fx4 with 410 gears and a manual is way slower off the line than most vehicles on the road and its way worse on gas than my sport.

I live in cobble hill so if you ever want to cruise some logging roads I'm down. I would suggest getting some all terrain tires, they will make a huge difference and you should also check your axle code on your door to see if you have a limited slip,
