Just thought I would introduce myself, I moved out to Victoria in February and just found this site while looking for info on local clubs & to get where to get out wheelin'!!!
I drive a 2009 Hummer H3T, and this thing is no mall crawler like many of its brethren.

Welcome! you'll have to come out for one of our trail runs and get introduced to some island trails. The closest stuff to you will be this side of the malahat, shawnigan area and duncan. You can also check out sooke, though it's a bit more closed off from what I hear. Nice truck btw.
Nice Alpha. I had an 07 but it only had the 3.7L My next one will be a T with a V8.

I have been asking around for the past while and shawnigan & Cowichan Lake area keeps popping up as area's to go which is fine with me I used to drive 300km's to get to designated trails in AB, so I don't mind hitting the Malahat to get to one!
I am looking forward to getting on the trail and meeting some of you! Hopefully we can get one together for the beginning of June or so!
