Welding Help

Hello all,

I am looking for a little bit of welding help and I am wondering if anybody has suggestions/referrals.

I need to remove my drivers seat, but I cant because one of the weld nuts is just spinning when I turn the bolt. The nut/insert is located in a little pocket and its not accessible from anywhere, as such I will have to drill a little hole big enough for a weld sick to make a little tack.

I can bring the car wherever. What do I need to know in terms of disconnecting electrical components so they don't cook?
