After keeping my eyes open for one for the last year or so I finally found a clean and relatively well looked after 80 series! it was taken care of exept for the last couple of years as it turned into the familys extra vehicle so it sat and did not get the maintenance it should have, but that is all taken care of now!
picked it up mid September, since then, I completely rebuilt the front axles.
new fluids every where, and lots of other little things.
Only real mods to it so far is a winch up front and a sleeping platform in the back.
Due to working extra hours and being busy I have yet to be able to take onto dirt yet
but at this rate it looks like its first out may just be in the snow!

ya it's pretty clean given it almost 30 years old! and can't wait to get out more in it, but sliders are going to be a necessity until I can afford a lift and tires
It goes to show it got looked after though! And now it starts with the mod list! Hahaha I have been keeping my ear to the ground for slider options too. No damage yet....knock on wood. A little belly armour and rocker panel protection helps with a bit of peace of mind for sure.
